Talent Fox, a recruitment website built around people

Select Web planned, wrote, designed and developed a new website for Talent Fox, giving the recruitment business a clear online presence and distinct routes for employers and candidates.

The project brought together service information, focused content and tailored enquiry forms to help businesses discuss their recruitment needs and invite candidates to submit their details.

The business

Talent Fox is a South African recruitment business founded and owned by Tennille Bell. It connects businesses with suitable candidates and gives people a way to introduce themselves for potential employment opportunities.

The website needed to explain the business and its recruitment services while supporting two audiences with different needs. Employers needed a clear way to discuss a role or hiring requirement. Candidates needed a straightforward way to submit their information.

What the website needed to achieve

We approached the project with three connected priorities.

  • Give Talent Fox a confident and consistent presence online.
  • Help employers understand the recruitment offering and start a conversation.
  • Make it clear how candidates can submit their details for consideration.

The aim was to make the website useful from the first visit, with content and actions that reflect why each audience is there.

Planning the employer and candidate journeys

An employer looking for the right person and a candidate looking for an opportunity arrive with different questions. We planned the website around those differences.

The Recruitment Services page introduces the offering. For Employers gives businesses a dedicated route to discuss their recruitment needs, while For Candidates invites people to share their details.

The home page introduces Talent Fox and makes both routes visible. Contact information provides another way to get in touch.

The candidate journey centres on submitting information for consideration. It does not depend on visitors finding an advertised vacancy before they can make contact.

Writing content that supports the next step

We developed the website copy to explain Talent Fox’s role and make the next step clear for each audience.

For employers, the content focuses on recruitment needs and connecting with suitable people. For candidates, it explains how to introduce themselves and submit their information.

Clear headings and focused calls to action connect the service information with the relevant enquiry route. This gives the content a practical purpose throughout the website.

Designing for the brand

The website uses Talent Fox’s bold navy, red and orange identity, balanced with white space and people-focused imagery.

Strong headings, contrasting sections and visible buttons give the pages a consistent visual direction. The design keeps the employer and candidate routes prominent while allowing space to explain the business and its services.

Across the website, the emphasis is on people, recruitment and making contact.

Building the website and enquiry forms

We developed the website using WordPress and Elementor Pro, bringing the content, design and enquiry journeys together.

Separate employer and candidate forms support the two audiences. Employers can share their recruitment requirements, while candidates can submit their details for consideration.

We also designed the layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile screens, considering how the navigation, page content and forms work on smaller displays.

Results

Talent Fox now has a dedicated website that presents its recruitment offering and provides clear routes for employers and candidates to make contact.

The completed website brings together a consistent brand presentation, service information and tailored forms. Employers can discuss their hiring needs, and candidates can submit their details without needing to respond to a listed vacancy.

The result is a practical platform for recruitment enquiries and candidate introductions.
